Richard H. Carlton

Mr. Carlton is licensed to practice law in North Carolina.  He began his  career by serving as Assistant Attorney General and Chief Deputy Secretary of State for the State of North Carolina.  Mr. Carlton  started his private practice of law in Raleigh in 1997 focusing on government relations, administrative law and business law.  He has represented many clients before the North Carolina General Assembly, State Agencies and the Courts.
